The Hach Chlorine (Total) Drop Count Titrator Model CN-65 Test Kit contains 100 tests and has ranges of 0.2-4.0 mg/L & 1-20 mg/L.
Applications
Hach chlorine tests have been accepted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for reporting purposes. Chlorine test kits containing DPD colorimetric reagents are used most often for monitoring potable water, swimming pools, and waste effluent. Powder DPD reacts with chlorine more quickly than tablet-form DPD, giving more accurate results.

In the eastern basin of Lake Erie, off the coast of Dunkirk, New York, a data buoy collects valuable water quality, weather, and wave data that inform residents and regulatory groups of conditions on the water. 
 
Since 2011, Buffalo State University’s Great Lakes Center has maintained and operated the Dunkirk buoy with funding from the Great Lakes Observing System (GLOS) and field support from the NYSDEC Lake Erie Fisheries Research Unit.
